INOwell functional coatings
Our expertise in the development and coating of composite components offers customers in the gas & oil industry a significant competitive advantage and a high level of process reliability. Many components have a high corrosion risk, particularly when it comes to oil production. Corrosion inhibitors cannot always be used or do not always achieve the desired effect, meaning conveyor tools are under considerable risk. The acid contained in the oil attacks pipes and components and leads to costly damage and failures. Using functional coatings in conjunction with corrosion-resistant composite components allows us to achieve a significant increase in the safety, economic efficiency and durability of individual parts in the oil & gas industry.
With a product portfolio comprising over 100 different functional PROTEK® surfaces, we have a diversitythat is unique on the market. Adjusted for the applications and requirements of the oil & gas industry, we refine the surfaces of metallic and non-metallic components to optimize corrosion protection, conductivity, as well as abrasion or adhesive properties for your application. Thus, contributing to increasing efficiency in offshore and onshore applications.
Production capacities for functional coatings
Our manufacturing capacities are ideal for manufacturing components for the oil & gas industry. For example, we can manage and coat risers, screens, casings or special components up to 17,000 mm in length, 20 tonnes in weight and 2,000 mm in diameter. We can also subsequently coat metallic components for improved corrosion protection. With our in-house INOwrap technology. Casings, for example, can be coated with a permanent, non-flaking corrosion-protection layer for use in particularly challenging areas of application.
